At first glance, warehouse racking may appear structurally simple, but every production step conceals critical details that affect long-term safety and durability. As a dedicated manufacturer specializing in storage equipment, Zunding Hardware presents an insightful breakdown today—revealing the complete transformation journey from raw steel to finished product.
The first step is material selection. We use thickened hot-rolled steel conforming to national standards, with each batch rigorously tested for material strength before entering the factory, eliminating potential deformation risks caused by impurities at the source. The second stage involves precision CNC machining, utilizing laser cutting and fully automated welding technologies to strictly control the flatness and load distribution of every weld point, maintaining tolerances within 0.1 millimeters. Next comes surface treatment: after phosphating, rust removal, and passivation, electrostatic powder coating is applied. Following curing at 200°C, the coating achieves uniform coverage with no blind spots, delivering excellent corrosion resistance and scratch resilience. Finally, products undergo simulated overload testing and random sampling under extreme temperatures; only those passing all inspections are packed and shipped.
Currently, Zunding Hardware accepts customized orders for various types of warehouse racking systems. Customers are welcome to visit our facility for on-site inspection and evaluation.
